Arnica is a trauma herb. Because it is infused in the distilled water and olive oil I use to make this cream, when the cream is applied within 24 hours of an injury (bumps, sprains, bruises), it can aid in accelerating the healing process, minimizing bruising, stiffness and soreness. When applied before physical activity to areas you know will give you a problem, can aid in less soreness and stiffness. This is how I use it before doing any strenuous gardening work.
Ginger essential oil helps with poor circulation and inflammation.
Rose Geranium essential oil helps with bruising, dry, chapped and sunburn skin. Great for new scars.
